About Man Down
“We offer a very informal, safe and relaxed environment for men of all ages 18+ who are struggling with any kind of mental health issues. Our sessions are designed to be as inclusive as possible with no judgement, only support and understanding from people who might be able to offer you some help. We currently have thirteen locations open, and plan to have the whole of Cornwall covered by next year.
We not only organise fortnightly meet ups, we also host events and challenges that raise the awareness of the group and bring men together to help each other work through their issues and concerns, we have weekend retreats and each group arrange their own social events.”
